Where Services are provided that relate to laws, regulations or rules made thereunder, or to national or international Standards, Guidelines, Codes, or other normative references, it remains your responsibility to read and study the references. Our Services are intended to assist and guide; however, the ultimate responsibility for understanding and complying with these legal, regulatory, and normative documents lies with you. SVC will endeavour to provide correct information. If improper or incorrect information is provided, you will have a total period of 3 months to raise concerns.
The maximum total liability of SVC will be the component of the fee that was charged for the relevant constituent of the Service that was rendered.

Your personal information is collected and processed to provide access to our services (including training, courses, and resources), to maintain accurate CPD records for professional development compliance, to communicate important updates and service-related information, to comply with legal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements, and to protect our legitimate business interests.
9.3 Consent

Where Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points are awarded for completing CPD-accredited content, we may be required to communicate your relevant personal information (e.g., Name, Surname, Registration number with the relevant Regulatory Council) for CPD points to be awarded.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. Each user can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
