Information provided may not constitute the most complete or up-to-date legal or other information. We are not attorneys and our services should not be considered a substitute for legal advice.

SVC will endeavour to provide correct information. If improper or incorrect information is provided, you will have a total period of 3 months to raise concerns.
The maximum total liability of SVC will be the component of the fee that was charged for the relevant constituent of the Service that was rendered.

We use your personal data to enhance your experience on the website, to issue certificates (e.g., when successfully completing a course), to claim CPD points on your behalf where applicable, and to communicate with you. You have the option to opt-out of marketing communications.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Where Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points are awarded for completing CPD-accredited content, we may be required to communicate your relevant personal information (e.g., Name, Surname, Registration number with the relevant Regulatory Council) for CPD points to be awarded.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. Each user can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
