Mindful Body Scan
Relax your body, focus your mind, and appreciate the sense of ease
1. Stand or sit comfortably, close your eyes, and take a few slow, deep breaths.
2. Scan your body from top to bottom, relaxing your muscles and releasing tension.
3. Appreciate the sense of ease, of having let go, and return to the present moment.

Mindful Visualisation
Feel thoughts and emotions dissolve, as liquid sunshine fills your body
1. Stand or sit comfortably, close your eyes, and take a few slow, deep breaths.
2. Visualise a stream of warm sunlight flowing down from above into your body.
3. Feel tension dissolve as the body fills with liquid sunshine, from feet up to head.
4. Enjoy the sense of lightness, warmth, and ease, as your body fills with sunlight.
